1. The 12-Hour Grace Period

To balance fast shipping with customer flexibility, we offer a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change. During this time, your order is in our "Processing" queue but has not yet been packed or handed over to our carriers.

Critical Deadline: You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to guarantee a successful cancellation or modification.

Requests made within this 12-hour window are processed with zero fees. We believe in providing a stress-free shopping experience, so you will never be charged a "processing fee" or "cancellation fee" for catching a mistake early. 2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

We have streamlined the request process to ensure our support team can act before your package leaves our London facility. Please follow these steps:

Our team operates from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday – Saturday. Requests sent during business hours are typically handled within 1-2 hours. If you send a request outside of these hours, we will address it first thing the following morning.

3. Types of Modifications Allowed

Within the 12-hour window, you may request the following changes:

A. Order Cancellation

If you decide you no longer want the items, we will cancel the order and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method. No questions asked and no fees applied.

B. Shipping Address Correction

C. Product Exchanges (Size/Color)

If you refuse a delivery at your door because you changed your mind, please note that the carrier may charge a return shipping fee.
