Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.

B. Processing Time (1-2 Business Days)

Every order undergoes a rigorous quality control check. We inspect every seam of our dresses and the fit of our blazers before they leave our London facility. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday). We do not process orders on Sundays or UK Public Holidays.

C. Shipping Time (3-7 Business Days)

5. Resolving Delivery Issues

A. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive your package but find that an item—such as a specific shirt—is missing, please notify us at support@thegirllook.shop within 48 hours. Occasionally, for larger orders, we may split the shipment into multiple packages. If the item is confirmed missing from the manifest, we will reship it immediately at no additional cost to you.

B. Incorrect Shipping Address

Accuracy is vital. If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please visit our Cancel or Change Order page immediately. If the package has already been handed to the carrier, we cannot alter the destination, and the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs if the item is returned to us.
